Another Quarantine creation! Apple sandwiches! I love to eat apple slices dipped in peanut butter (or almond butter). My mom suggested adding cinnamon so I tried that too and loved it. It was kinda messy and hard to dip and then sprinkle so we decided to make the apple slices flat so we could add toppings and ended up with this new snack. I usually make 2 apples at a time and eat a stack of sandwiches.
Cut apples into disks and then cut out the core center (so the pieces look like a bagel).
Top lightly with peanut butter, drizzle honey, and sprinkle over a bit of cinnamon. Then top it off with another apple slice.
Build a tower of mini sandwiches and sprinkle with a little more cinammin. Enjoy!
