- 1/2 Avacado
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- Almond milk (use just a splash)
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- cinnamon
- Fresh berries and granola for topping
