Welcome to The Quincy Post! We are Madelyn and Julia - 2 sisters who started this blog to document our outdoor adventures and share the experiences along the way. Over 4 years ago we created this site to document the memories of our 1st Voyageurs crew experience in Canada and we have added all the adventures beyond since then, including Portage and Paddle Youth Crew and Baywatchers Expeditions. We're excited to create new memories and share updates for anyone interested in outdoor adventures, sustainability, and loving the earth.

Follow the explorations of our Portage & Paddle Youth Crews. The main goal of PPYC is to encourage kids to seek out adventure, build confidence, and make great memories in the outdoors. We will have fun outings and hikes in State parks while we focus on learning skills for adventure preparation, nutrition, hiking, taking care of the earth, and sustainability. Parents and friends can follow our adventures on this blog.
